I visited Weston today and due to my disability decided go use taxi's to and from station. Called Apple initially we had a small accent barrier as the lady thought I wanted sainsburys but I wanted Salisbury terrace we could laugh it off and she sent exact type car I needed 😁 Driver was super nice chap as well a Romanian gentleman. I decided to use apple for return leg and indicated to the dispatcher what I needed once he understood what I was meaning we were off to the races or so I thought.... I'd asked for a higher sized car because of my disability and he said he'd send one and a regular sized car arrived so I said to driver I'd asked for a higher car and he said " well there was none available so they sent me" I said " I'm sorry this is no use I'm sorry to have wasted your time" His attitude was do I look like I care?? Damn! That's why I went with 3 stars on my review.

Always on time, reasonably priced. No issues. This review is pretty boring, so now I want you to imagine me cutting at least 6 of my fingers/toes onto the shape of American fire extinguishers from the early 1900s. New jersey ones specifically. Ta

I have used Apple a few times and they aren't the best but today beats all of the past experiences. I rang up to try and book a cab and the guy at the end of the phone was rude, uncooperative and had no customer service skills. When the driver arrived he was sullen and uncommunicative. Shame there isn't an alternative in Weston as they could do with some healthy competition to improve there service offering.

Quick service and very trustworthy, been using them for the past 8months now. Very fast customer service response, impressively punctual and their drivers are friendly. I recommend Apple central taxis anyday anytime.

I booked a return taxi trip (mid morning on 17th February 2024) from Hambledon Road, St Georges to the Playhouse theatre in Weston Super Mare to see a show called ‘That’ll Be The Day’. I booked to be picked up at 18.45hrs for a 19.30hr show start. At 19.10hrs, I rang Apple Central and was told they had limited availability and would not be with me until after 19.30hrs - the guy on the end of the phone could not care less about my advance booking and the actual taxi turned up at 19.45 hrs and obviously far too late for the show. I paid £30 for the ticket and it is unforgivable to have booked a taxi well in advance of the show time to be told at 19.10hrs that they had limited availability due to the rain!! To say I am aggrieved is an understatement. Had I gone into the show late, my worry, at 71 years of age, would have been whether I would have got picked up to go home. An absolute disgraceful service! This review does not deserve the 1 star I had to give!

If my rating was based solely on the Apple Central staff and the return journey driver I would have given 5/5. The driver on the outward journey to the vets was ignorant and rude. I'm a disabled person with limited mobility and suffer with anxiety when faced with situations I don't normally do. So it's always helpful to have attentive drivers whom I don't have to explain everything too.

We had a really lovely, professional taxi driver on the way to our night out. Sadly this is a poor review due to the taxi driver home. The taxi we had was pre paid for. The taxi driver turned up late, without a clue where he was going. After several calls to get him to the destination, we had to walk to find him. When we eventually found him he reversed dangerously, nearly in to another car. The taxi driver got out of the taxi to greet us and he was acting very strangely, with what looked like a roll up in his hand. When we started our journey home the strong smell of cannabis gave us the impression he had, or was smoking cannabis in the front of the van. When we finally got home I called the taxi office and described the journey and our suspicions, only to be told my judgment was questionable. The operator from the taxi rank told me ‘the driver was Muslim, so he would never smoke anything’. I was absolutely appalled by the taxi driver, the office s staff and their blatant disregard for our safety. You get a taxi to a night out to be safely driven home, not to pay a lot of money for taxi driver who is more wasted than you are.

Called for a taxi, 30 min wait. When I got to the car (it was 0 degrees outside so I was inside Lidl) the driver said it was too late and to call again, however he had only called my phone a minute earlier. I called for a second taxi and again told it would another 20 mins, I stood inside the Lidl door waiting and no taxi came as I could clearly see the entrance and exit, called apple and they said we'll it's been and gone. I asked how has that happened as I was waiting the whole time and the man on the phone was SO rude to me saying that it was my fault and that i didn't turn up for two taxis so I couldn't get another. I then explained that I was waiting and no taxi had come the second time and that the service was appalling as I was already waiting for nearly an hour. This man was so so rude and had no customer service at all. He finally booked me a taxi and he arrived within minutes. No issue with the 3rd driver but the person on the phone was absolutely vile. I won't be using there service again

Didn’t appear to know the area or route to take, very nervous driving, didn’t park street side made me cross road. Friendly though and polite. Car was a mess!
